Lee's background includes over 20 years of successfully serving clients with investment needs across the U.S. and off-shore. He's provided consistent value and returns to individuals and institutional clients while maintaining the importance of urgency and good timing. Lee has worked as a financial advisor with Morgan Stanley in Beverly Hills. While there he co-founded the University Group with a colleague. The group focused on providing financial services including home mortgage lending to professors and medical specialists in Los Angeles and through out California. It was during his time at Morgan Stanley that Lee gained a valuable understanding of the Los Angeles real estate market specifically in Malibu. He's also had experience as a mortgage loan originator with a super regional bank. Lee believes that Malibu is the "Oh Wow" of true value in the World.  Especially with residential home ownership. It's a wonderful place with a magnetic attraction. When you're there you just don't want to leave. He keenly understands the importance of maintaining Malibu's distinctive Value as a coastal oasis with that small community feel and people focused Values.  Lee has a network of community and personal contacts in Malibu and throughout Los Angeles that he's established over many years. Malibu and Area Description

Malibu is a beach community in the Santa Monica Mountains region of Los Angeles County about 30 miles west of Downtown Los Angeles. It is known for its Mediterranean climate, its strip of beaches stretching 27 miles along the Pacific Ocean coast, and for its longtime status as the home of numerous affluent Hollywood celebrities and executives. Although a high proportion of its residents are entertainment industry figures with million-dollar mansions, Malibu also features several middle and upper-middle-class neighborhoods. The Pacific Coast Highway (State Route 1) traverses the city and has led most residents to settle anywhere from half a mile to within a few hundred yards of it, with some residents living up to one mile away from the beach in areas featuring narrow canyons. The city's population is estimated at 11,000+.

 

Nicknamed "The Bu" by surfers and locals, Malibu is noted for its beaches. The many parks within the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area lie along the ridges above the city.

 

The city is bounded by the Santa Monica Mountains to the north, Topanga to the east, Solromar to the west, and the ocean to the south. Signs around the city boast of its "27 miles of scenic beauty" in reference to the incorporated city limits. The length of the Malibu coast spans from Tuna Canyon on the southeast to Point Mugu in Ventura County on the northwest. The Malibu ZIP code "90265" includes residents of the unincorporated canyon areas as it was assigned before the city incorporated. The city also has several commercial high end shopping centers. Including numerous exclusive and top ranked restaurants.
